I was wondering why there was a plane above TaGlikid AT MIDNIGHT
When I worked in a bank I was designated to attend some regional Economic Development Planning with the Regional Office of the National Economic developmetAuthorithy thats the time that I knew then that the plane I saw above Talikid was the plane of the staff of children of General Douglas Mc Arthur It was the time when they have conducted a survey in Mindanao to support the proposed blue print of the development in Mindanao... years after that plane.. my father worked in Sta Ines Melale south of Taglikid
