I joined fraternity and Society of Students Chipz and Rose from Dagupan La Union were my mentors Chipz is called chipz because he always eat chippyand dribk a large coke while studying he was very fat because of his habit of eating while studying

One day I was invited for Initiation


Mt Makiling Resort 

They brought me to Mt Makiling
Then the leader of the grouptalked to me one one one 

he asked me ..  Rey are you an honest man?

This group was organized forthe purpose of honesty
Our noble intention is to prepare students to become responsiblegovertnment employees after graduation  Our dream to have a clean government if we cannot eradicate corruption .. we would like to begin it in ourselves
Are you willing to commit yourself to be honest with the filipino people?
Yes..  my short reply

I was playingtable tennis with Rose 
Bakit walang mga tao? 

REY.....   rose  lets go..... Richie said   
where ? i asked 

Dont you see? there no people here now..  all of them went to Edsa said Richie



Lets go...  Ramos and Enrile are in Camp Crame to defy the orders of President Marcos
               what  a surprising twist 
              biy its what we are waiting for
                  Now its happening

              We ride through the vintage car of Richie
his volkswagen



We came to Edsa at the houseif our classmate  just a few hundred meters from Camp Crame
when we came our friends were already there

We were guided by our classmate  their house was along the Edsa Street
And we established our tents behind the concrete vuilding and walls alongEdsa street
Its a kind of fun  some students brought with them sterio some had put up disco lights  and we go dancing while the war is going on  the food is over whelming the businesmen all around the city of Manila supplied us with foods Even the lechoneros gave us lechon( roasted pig)



The leader said .. Lets go marching

Hawak kamay....Hold;f the hand of the person beside you together we march and form the human barricade

I marched with them and we sing
Ang bayan kong Pilipinas
Lupain ng gintot bulaklak nag alay gandat dilag

at sa kanyang yumi at ganda dayuhan ay nahalina
bayan ko binihag ka nsadlak sa dusa ibon man maylayang lumipad bayan pa kayamg sakdal dilag

ang di magnasang maka alpas bayan kong minumutya pugad ng luha at dalita aking adhika makita kang sakdal laya

while we marched i prayed in silence
Lord today is my birthday whatever happened i offer this life to the filipino peoplemy parent brothers and sisters they do no know that im here in a battle

Edsa revolution in my experience was not really peaceful as it seems as it was reported there weremaneuvers of the military from Marcos camp against Ramos Enrile Camp


But the soldiers from both sides have res pect to the peoplethey dont fire their weapons if they know that we are within the range of their firearms 
Our ladies had given them flowers and we cheer fort them

The strength of 1987 EDSArevolution was the culture and values of filipinos
the culture of being family oriented people

That was the cause of the downful of Marcos

It was because the military were questioning the orders of General Ver the chief of staff of President Marcos



The military have discovered that their family were among the people in the streets of EdSA

When Genral Ver ordered to destroy th human barricade of the people that pprevented the to reach thegate of Camp Crame so tha they can destroy Ramos and Enrile Camp
The military questioned the order...
Are they going to kill their own family?
 
We even give the san wiches for their snacks
Its like we are wathching a fil making of a war movieNoy its a real war soldiers diedwe take good care of thei casualties there were time e helped soldiers to find a place where they can hide 
This is a real civil war   thi is a unique civil war that you can find only in the Philippines where soldiers are having their battles while the people are cheering on them in the back groundwhile the war is going on .. the people are busy eating its like a picnic everwhere   people keep comin from every wherethi war is like a holiday for us  food is keep coming so many people enjoyed the warfood were so abundant  while the war is going on business i going as usual  buRger machines were in placed every where  
Wow I have eaten my favorite burger today during the war

Taglikid  - I spent a vaction at Taglilid after Edsa Revokution until the government is normalized agsin durin Cory Aquino administration




Butuan City  RETURN OF THE KING(EL REY to taglikid) and Butuan City
After Edsa.. I came home
Itook the examination of Land Bank Butuan City
Fortunately Im the top notcher of the exam
Months later I was called to report to Land Bank ButuanCity
And I worked with bank bringing with me my commitment to be honest
Indeed I remitted all the money of the People to sa fe deposit so that no one can toch I see t it itwassecured  away from agents of corruption
Inmy 25 years of the bank all the Official Receipts were in tact  Idid a habit of submitting myself to checks by the Bank Auditor and the government audito the COAboth the cash and the cash book i folowed the code of aapproving and signing autorities all of it in a zero balance it means i have remitted to the last centavo to the vault


I PASSED THE GRATEST BATTLE AGAINST CORRUPTION

One day a client offered  a deal
He said Please release our loans You will receive some percent from me I t means if tf we agree at 10percent if the loans is 3 million you can have 300,00 from me
I replied..   Sorry Sir I cannot accept your offerI am satified with my life I don NEEDedTO ROCK MY BOAT WHEN THE WATERSI S STILL AND CALM

IN THS WORLd EVETTHING HAD ITS COST T O PAY  
One day my ex wife asked me a favor

My ex wife managed our store while I worked in a bankAT bUYUAN city  She said...  you aare one of the junior officers in the bank you can facilitate tha t ou store can be th supplier of fertlizers and chemicalto the farmers when their  agricultural loans will be released from the bank
